Our bodies, hearts, minds, and spirits are sacred and worth caring for

regardless of gender expression, sexual preference, race/ethnicity, culture, language, citizenship, body shape and size, ability, past history, self-care choices, perceived “vices,” or any other factor. This means that everyone also deserves access to learning practices that help bring people peace, such as yoga and meditation, without judgment for their identities, circumstances, or lifestyles.
